Operator and acceptance
ZombieTrend is operated by LI PEIWEI, also known as Harry Lee, an individual based in China. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By creating an account, purchasing credits or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
The service
We create personalized, fictional AI zombie trend videos from two authorized photos. New requests are generated online with Seedance 2.0 Mini through KIE. Follow progress in Your requests and watch or download the result when ready. Historical manual requests retain their original 12-hour email delivery terms. Buying credits alone does not submit a video.
AI models and limitations
We use Seedance through KIE to create videos. ZombieTrend is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model owner. Videos are AI-generated fictional scenes, not recordings of real events. Facial likeness, sound, motion and timing may vary. We do not guarantee an exact match to samples, social reach or approval by another platform.
Credits and submissions
Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Package prices and quantities are shown at checkout. A standard 480p video uses 200 credits and an HD 720p video uses 300 credits. Credits are debited when a request is accepted; confirmation includes its request ID; online generation time varies. Historical manual requests retain their confirmed delivery deadline. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and may only be used for this service.
Payments
New credit purchases use Dodo Hosted Checkout. The payment provider and applicable buyer terms for each transaction are identified at checkout. Historical Waffo and Stripe purchases remain subject to the terms applicable to the original transaction; neither provider is available for new purchases. ZombieTrend remains responsible for producing videos and providing product support. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Photos, permissions and output
Only submit photos of adults or your own pets that you own or are authorized to use, with permission from identifiable people. You retain rights to your uploads and grant us a limited license to process and transmit them to AI services solely to fulfill your request. We do not use your photos to train our own models or publish them as examples without separate permission. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use your delivered video for lawful personal or commercial purposes. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Prohibited use and enforcement
Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse material or other unsafe content involving children, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. We may reject requests, stop processing, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud or legal requirements. You are responsible for unauthorized or unlawful use. Refunds remain subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory rights; enforcement does not remove rights required by law. If we discontinue service for reasons unrelated to your breach, unused purchased credits will be refunded proportionally.
Content review and reports
Online requests use fixed server-side story templates and the enabled generation-provider content filter. Automated filtering is imperfect. Our team investigates reports and may restrict violating content; we do not promise a human review before each online result is displayed. Historical manual requests retain their review process. We reject or stop requests that violate our content rules, restrict access to confirmed unlawful material and may suspend abusive accounts. Report suspected misuse or appeal a decision to support@zombietrend.com with a request ID or relevant URL and a brief explanation; do not attach prohibited material. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days, prioritize child-safety and immediate-threat reports, and review the evidence before responding. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides the full moderation, reporting and appeal process.
Refunds and support
Our Refund Policy covers the 7-day credit-package refund window, unused-credit calculations, duplicate charges, late delivery and failed requests. Deleting an account does not automatically request a payment refund. Contact support@zombietrend.com for fulfillment, policy, privacy or appeal requests, and billing@zombietrend.com for payment questions.
Changes
We will update the revision date and give at least 14 days notice of material changes by email or an in-product notice before they take effect, except urgent legal or security changes. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
