Scope and permission
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to uploaded photos, selected templates, generated videos and use of delivered outputs. Only submit authorized photos of adults or your own pets. Obtain permission from identifiable people. Do not submit photos of children or use the service to harass, exploit, defraud or threaten anyone.
Pornography and NSFW
Do not upload, request, create or distribute pornography, sexual nudity, explicit sexual acts, non-consensual intimate imagery or other sexual/NSFW content.
Violence and gore
Do not upload, request, create or distribute graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, depictions of severe injury, encouragement of violence or threats. Our zombie stories are fictional, non-graphic entertainment; this does not authorize graphic or abusive content.
Hate speech
Do not create hateful, dehumanizing or discriminatory content targeting people based on protected characteristics, or promote extremist violence.
Child safety and CSAM
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming and other unsafe content involving children are strictly prohibited, including synthetic depictions. The service only accepts adult human subjects or pets.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not use deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized impersonation or synthetic content to misrepresent a real person, fabricate real-world evidence or commit fraud. Authorized fictional depictions must not be presented as real events or endorsements.
Copyright and trademarks
Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or other third-party rights. Use photos and other materials only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not create counterfeit branding or false endorsements.
Human review and enforcement
New online requests use fixed story templates and the enabled generation-provider content filter; automated filtering is imperfect and does not guarantee every violation is blocked. Historical manual requests retain their pre-generation and pre-delivery review process. Requests that violate this policy are rejected or stopped. We keep minimal review records linked to the request, excluding unnecessary copies of prohibited media. We may restrict, suspend or terminate abusive accounts, and report illegal activity when required. Our team reviews reports and appeals; we do not guarantee human review before each online result is displayed. Payment and credit resolutions follow the Refund Policy and mandatory rights.
Reports and appeals
Report suspected misuse or appeal a rejected request or account restriction to support@zombietrend.com. Include a request ID, relevant URL or transaction reference and a brief explanation; do not send prohibited material as an attachment. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days. Our team reviews the evidence and provides a response; urgent child-safety or immediate-threat reports are prioritized. Confirmed unlawful material is removed or access restricted, subject to legally required preservation.
Fictional output
All delivered videos are AI-generated fictional scenes. Clearly describe them as AI-generated when sharing them where viewers could otherwise mistake them for real footage. Never use them as evidence of real events or to threaten someone.
