Who is responsible
LI PEIWEI, also known as Harry Lee, an individual based in China, operates ZombieTrend and is responsible for the personal information we process. Contact support@zombietrend.com for privacy requests.
Information we collect
We collect account and verified email information, uploaded photos, selected video options, request IDs, submission and delivery details, credit records and payment status needed to provide the service. We also process essential session, security and support information. Please do not upload photos of children, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Your photos and AI processing
Uploaded photos are encrypted in our storage and are not published in examples. Authorized team members access photos to fulfill requests, review content and resolve problems. We use Seedance 2.0 Mini through KIE to create your requested video. KIE receives temporary authorized access to your two photos and the generation settings. Generated online videos are encrypted in our storage and available through authenticated account access. Its applicable processing and retention terms apply. We do not promise a deletion deadline on behalf of external providers, sell your personal information or use your photos to train our own models.
Payments: Waffo and Stripe
Waffo Pancake handles payment information for Waffo transactions as Merchant of Record. Stripe handles payment information for Stripe transactions, including historical purchases. The applicable provider is identified at checkout and processes card data under its own privacy policy. We receive transaction references, amounts and status for credits, support, accounting and refunds. We do not store full card numbers.
Media retention
Our team deletes uploaded photos from our active storage and working copies within 7 days after video delivery. Delivered videos and team-held delivery copies are deleted within 30 days after delivery, so please save your own copy. Photos uploaded to our server but not used in a submitted request are deleted within 24 hours of upload. Submitted requests awaiting fulfillment are retained until resolved; cancelled or failed requests have their photos deleted within 7 days of resolution. A specific unresolved dispute or legal preservation requirement may require restricted retention until it is resolved. Deletion cannot remove copies you or recipients have saved, or independently held by an external provider.
Other retention and deletion requests
We retain account data while the account is active and delete or anonymize it within 90 days after account closure or a verified deletion request, except records needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention or unresolved disputes. Transaction records are kept for those obligations separately from photos and videos. Contact support@zombietrend.com to request access, correction or deletion. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days, subject to verification and applicable requirements.
Browser storage and infrastructure
Browser photo drafts expire after 24 hours and are cleared after successful submission or sign-out. This is separate from server media retention. We use essential cookies for sign-in and security and local storage to restore your choices. Optional analytics follow your consent settings. When enabled, Pageview helps us understand website use. Our storage, authentication, payment, email and AI services may process data outside your country; access is limited to what is needed for the service.
Adults and policy changes
The service is for users aged 18 or older. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information so we can investigate and remove it. We update the revision date and notify users of material changes by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect, except urgent legal or security changes.
